Guess which country I visited this summer?
Here are some picture clues:
A unique building facade by one of the country's most famous architects. |
The bull ring was closed on the day I visited. I ended up taking a picture with the bull sculpture. |
Orxata is a delicious almond and rice milk drink enjoy by many in this nation. |
Off duty flamingo dancers posing at the palace. |
Have you ever seen a rooftop like this? |
Tapas bars everywhere. |
Do you recognize that this plaza was used as a location in the Star Wars movie series? |
Countryside white villages. |

Mexico Part 8
Hi! I'm so sorry this took so long, I was going to put this up sooner but blogspot was malfunctioning. |
Yeah, I'm starting with a nighttime view of Morelia which is kinda random but yeah. |
We explore an art gallery thing. |
Awesome clay figure! |
Wow, this is a really intricately woven cloth! |
Cool statue. |
We go into a restaurant and see this display of cute little figurines. |
If you look closely, you can see there are a lot of saints hanging upside down in this picture. This is because it supposedly helps you get a husband. |
These pictures explain the legend of this saint. |
There were A LOT of pictures of saints. |
Yummy chips and dip as appetizers. |
Yummy food! |
We did not take a photo but Pastrygirl's sister ordered chicken fingers and they were RAW! Don't worry though, she was fine. |
Pretty coffee. |
After eating, we get to look around a local cooking school. |
The kitchen inside. |
A little cage designed for holding eggs! |
A really nice looking table :). |
Outside, there is an outdoor cooking area. |
So many jugs! |
An outdoor oven. |
A bridge behind the building. |
Well that's it, we finished Mexico. Woohoo! This is a night view of the city lights. I hope you enjoyed all the pictures! |
